I really don't think people here remember how bad it was. Historically, black wrestlers have always gotten the short end of the stick. Even with some of the examples listed, Mark Henry didn't win the WHC until 2011. He lost it after a few months and never got to that level again. Truth was in the main event scene for a little, but he's been a comedy act for most of his run (which a lot of people here have complained about). New Day was given an awful gimmick in the beginning and weren't getting over at all until they started injecting their own personalities into it. Literally all of their success was because of them.
I might have to limit my posting here because I don't want to come off like a Triple H apologist. But racism is ingrained in this business, and it's clear that it's not going away regardless of who books it. White people inherently don't want to see successful black people. It highlights their insecurities. Kevin Nash pointed it out, so I know everybody else in his generation (including Triple H) is aware of it, too. Will they do something about it? I don't know.
