Gotta give it to the Cosby Show. The Huxtables started out as a bland family but grew into some awesome characters, Cliff and Clair were on a whole other level of TV parenting.

Conversely by the 5th season everyone on MWC was a one-note joke...Al was a failure, Bud was a virgin, Peg was a bytch, Kelly a retarded slut--and so on, ad nauseum. When everybody was more fleshed out it was top tier TV.

As a black man I got love for the Cosby Show.. Loved the first two seasons of it but after that it wasn't funny too me at all comedy wise. It was more about showcasing black excellence over racketness which was a good thing I guess but for overall laughs and dumb shyt show in and show out it was MWC.

Wholesome black family or poor white trash? While the Cosby show inspired me and made me feel the warmth of black excellence, the bundys were my favorite losers. NOMAAM and psycho dad. The nudy bar! Just great tv.

MWC....not close

I gotta keep it real. Growing up I never fukked with the Cosbys....tried watching that shyt and it was just too corny for a lil nikka like me...Nobody in my family even bothered with the show....Now Married with Children was totally different. nikkas loved that show....all of us just related to that shyt...The put downs, The Jeffersons, No Ma'am, The nudie bar. MWC just had too many goat things about it.......fukk all that critical acclaim shyt and etc..nikka voted for who made them laugh......

this..i know some episodes were terrible but the funniest ones were , i only laughed at a few cosby episodes ever...
