I think people are fogetting all of those really bad episodes of MWC during the earlier and later seasons.
Some of the early episodes are bland and some of the older ones are just fukking stupid.

I think people forget the later seasons because FOX moved it around so much that it just became hard to catch. You just made me remember that I've NEVER seen the series finale of Married With Children, but I do recall it going downhill in the last few seasons.
The Cosby Show in its last few years never got as bad as MWC.
Both shows in their prime were incredible for completely different reasons, but overall, I'd go with the Cosbys simply because it never fell off as bad as MWC.

The last three episodes of Married with Children are arguably the worst ones. One is about them being held hostage by some bytch Bud was prison pen pals with. The final two involve Kelly getting married.
The episodes featuring Seven are all pretty bad, especially the "Captain Blood" episode.
The shyt where bud was a movie director was a fukking joke.
I remember the episode where they retired Buck was pretty bad.
It wasn't even that the stuff they were doing was crazy because the Alien episode is on of the funniest. The show just got lazy, bland, and predictable.

I still watch random MWC episodes on VH1 classic.
I haven't seen a full Cosby episode in years and don't have the urge to.
However, I would love to see that episode when Theo threw Rudy phone out in the street, and Vanessa got drunk, and kept sing that locomotive song.

They made up for the bad Seven episodes with the milk carton bit, and Kelly forgetting all about him when she was studying for the sports trivia show. Also, Seven birthday ep was classic...Even the later seasons of MWC had some gems. It wasn't really bad until season 10-11.
Cosby show had some boring episodes as well. All around quality goes to Cosby but Cosby funniest episodes can't touch Bundy's funniest episodes. On the reciprocal, Cosby doesn't have an episode as bad a the Bundy's worst (the last ep).
Married with Children is one of my favorite shows of all-time. I watch Cosby too, and even recently said that it doesn't get credit now as a great show that holds up, but I really only watch it to spot Central High School paraphernalia.

I had to vote for MWC because it had more gut busting laughs for me. these are 2 different shows tho.
MWC, I watch it for the laughs and fukkery. Cosby, for the interesting stories not so much the jokes for me.
