anyway please let me know what stats there are, I didn't know there were any studies on marriage preferences based on skin color within the black american community
my opinion is based off my personal experiences
dark skinned girls get sex
light skinned girls get commitment

Let mw make this clear:

We live in white eurocentric world.
We are constantly bombarded with images of good looking whites and non from childhood to adulthood. So MANY if not MOST men black OR other dont desire darkskinned women.

Its not that good for darkskinned men either. Their is a STIGMA attached to black skin and most people avoid dating/mating with someone darker than them since the darker mate will have low social status an any children from that relationship will have a harder life.

This is the hard reality for black people.
