For me, it comes down to whether or not he can avoid all Bruce's gadgets because Nolan Bats definitely had better toys. Hell, the cell phone beacon helmet gave him DD like abilities for a while.

I'm picking Nolan's Batman. Way too many weapons and gadgets at his disposal. That said, Daredevil has the advantage with no prep. If Batman decides to go at him and sees he can't hang hand to hand, he'll probably try to do his usual tactics of disorienting his opponent and using stealth. If he doesn't know about DD's enhanced senses, he can be lulled into a false sense of security. I still think Batman is more durable and would be left standing (wobbly) after a slugfest

If it weren't for the inconsistency in writing Blue Marvel I'd have to pick him in a landslide. One issue he's basically a god & the next Sentry manages to KO him by nearly killing himself.

Darkseid & the Omega Effect are far more consistent and adds an extra level to the match, so I'll take Lord Darkseid by a fraction.

All of this shyt depends on the writer

like any of these rules we have for characters are based on whatever writer decided those rules should exist. Either to get out of a problem or create one. The reason we think one character is stronger than the other is all based on writing and who made those decisions in editorial.

Take Superman. Him being able to fly, the daily bugle, jimmy olsen, and his weakness to kryptonite were all inventions of the radio show because they needed to create drama and characters and something for sound effects. Batman’s “no kill” rule was born out of the comics code. Robin was created purely so batman could have someone to talk to rather than having it all be inner monologue.

And that’s not to take away anyone’s fun either. Just we know too much now and have seen behind the curtain.
