If its final form Onslaught, Superman can definitely crack his armor and GL has a good shot of containing the energy but no way to permanently dispose of it. However with that 7 line up and no Manhunter, they lack the psychic defenses needed to stop it from being a shytshow and Onslaught could very well possess and maintain the entire 7 as his host body. It took Thor, the entire Avengers roster, the FF and Banner to provide the body count to hold Onslaught and with no Franklin to manipulate things, its likely the JLA wouldn't have the numbers.
Outside of the typical Superman PIS BS, this current line up would probably fall to Onslaught.

That version of the Avengers should beat Doomsday that's way too many high powered people on one team with Captain Marvel, Thor, Ghost Rider, and She-Hulk. Then you have two geniuses with high tech suits of armor (T'Chala & Tony) and a master tactician (Cap) who can devise a plan to beat him.
