They've continuously allowed Starks intelligence to grow along with his popularity. Fair or not, that's a current fact & his feats surpass Pym & Banner.

Because Ozy is the only one in this match that gets more dangerous the longer it goes on. He's absorbing every word, movement, & attack to create dozens if not hundreds of strategies to pick up the W. If they don't kill him early, which won't be easy considering his reflexes alone, this could turn out very badly.
