No where I have interviewed have they ever requested my GPA or transcripts.
I did summer paid internships so I was heavy on the experience coming out of college.

Like i previously said, it all depends on the major. An Engineering major around 2.3-2.7 its understandable shyt is hard, a theology major with a 2.3 is just a fukking idiot.

What GPA is acceptable for accounting?

Got 7 credits left,last semester it was hard for a nikka to give a fukk,I can't imagine how much less of a fukk i'll give in September .

Changed my major from Biology to Environmental Science.
Added a yr an and half but at least I have easier courses though.
After Fall semester Ill have 40 credit hrs left.

What GPA is acceptable for accounting?

shyt at least a 3.0 - need to remember the market is saturated with accounting majors especially in a big city like NYC, Houston.

Got 2 more classes and I get my BBA in Accounting. Bout to wreck summer school and move up out of Houston. Like jflores said, it's a lot of accounting grads down here. I'm hoping to get a federal gig so I ain't gotta pay for grad school or my CPA stuff.

GPA ain't everything if you can perform simple analytical thinking. There is this young engineer at my office who graduated with a 3.96 GPA but motherfukker is just plain dumb, well not really dumb just has not acquired the ability to think in simple terms, everything has to be complicated. When he talks everyone has this puzzling look and needs to learn to listen.

Any job you go to attach yourself to the oldest fukker there and ask questions.

They don't put your GPA on your degree though

for me, they only put my GPA on my transcript. it wasn't on the degree. however, I graduated back in 2000.

nevermind, my brother graduated this year and they ain't put no GPA on his degree either.
