- Theres an important deadline. Something big is happening this year. Elon musk is raiding the treasury and they're trying to suspend federal funding for a reason. In 2017 republicans forced through massive tax cuts. Those tax cuts will expire this year. Not only do they want to extend them, they want to double down. The tax cuts are to the tune of 4 TRILLION dollars.
-To extend the tax cuts they need to find 4 trillion dollars. Theyre cutting things to fund those tax cuts. YOU will shoulder the burden. They want to end progressive taxation entirely. Again, YOU will be expected to fund whatever is left while they hang on to their billions and make even more. If you make less than 350k, and the less you make the more your taxes will go up. Basically everyone will get taxed except them.
-Yes, Elon musk is in fact a moron. He's morally vacant and the least knowledgeable billionaire she's ever met. They will inevitably hit a button and things will go sideways. If you suspected that it wasn't about cutting government spending, you are right. They want to eliminate Medicare and Medicaid. They have already written down their plans. They want to cut 2 TRILLION out of Medicaid.
- They won't cut defense spending. Defense contractors have been scamming the government for years. Big tech people are linked into defense contractors. Elon musk gets money from those contractors too. The tech is a front. If you've served in the military you already know.
- They want to sell AI and robots(which suck and don't work properly) to the government.
-They know they can't deport all these people. The point is to juice up the security and private prison business in the country.
What can be done:
-You outnumber them significantly. This is a strategic advantage you need to remember. The point of controlling social media and mainstream media is to manufacture consent because they know if people have the facts, they need people to perceive them as being responsible.
-when it comes to you, you can and should resist. If there are enough people resisting, it will slow them down. Example:
If you live in a community with immigrants, know your rights. Tom holman from ICE was "whining his ass off" because Chicago(mayor, activists, etc) educated city on their legal rights. When you know your rights, they walk away because the whole point is that they assume you don't know if what theyre asking you to do is legal. You can ask ice for a JUDICIAL WARRANT not any other paperwork. If there is no judges signature you can ignore them and ask them to leave if they don't have a warrant.
-If you're detained, remain silent. Even if you're a citizen, dont say anything.
-If you're a fed employee, refuse their buyout offers. It's a bunch of BS meant to make you comply in advance.
-If you're exhausted and have no energy, at the very least, learn your rights. If you do have some energy, print out some cards and pamphlets and leave them in places so people can learn their rights and resist. There is no action too small. When millions of people do tiny things, they can disrupt these systems
