I highly suggest you do. I have a 1 hr commute to work in the morning 98% highway. I put it in autopilot and catch up on news, etc. It has made driving a completely different type of task.

have you sat in a model 3 yet? Size not bad. Model 3 worth it for the newer tech/hardware alone.

No, a 2016 S will not be getting the same updates as the newer stuff and doesn't have the same autopilot capability.

The 3 is really spacious, especially considering there is a trunk under the hood and in the back...

Take the money you save and get the performance model 3.
