"Rocky" Roman Martinez vs. Juan Carlos Burgos

Lederman had it 117-111 Burgos, aligned with one of the judges

1 judge had it a draw :dahell:

The other...............116-112 Rocky :mindblown:

this was the only fight that aired that night that ruined my prediction streak..shyt i actually thought rocky would win that fight too :russ:

Winky Wright vs. Fernando Vargas was always one that irritated me. Haven't watched it since fight night, but remember hearing the decision for Vargas and being :what:.

How could I forget this one

An early example of Richard Steele's fukkery:aicmon:

:rudy: @ everybody agreeing that it was a good stoppage. What the hell were they watching. Chacon took some hard shots no doubt, but he wasn't that badly hurt that Steele needed to step in like that. He had a minor cut under his eye. Woppty doo. Did these guys not see his fights against Bazooka Limon ? shyt, Steele reffed his fight against Boza Edwards and let him take more punishment than that :comeon:

And then Steele's explanation for stopping the fight is what disgusts me. "I stopped the fight because I didn't think Chacon could win the fight and thought it would ultimately end with him being on the floor and me having to count him out. And I didn't wanna have to do that to such a great champion" :mindblown:

Hey Steele, it's not your job to predict who's gonna win a fight you fukking moron :snoop:

I usually don't go hard on refs, but gotdamn I hate Richard Steele. fukk him!

-Julio Cesar Chavez-Brian Vera

Let's be reality, Chavez in shape would've gotten Vera up outta there, but as it stands he got his ass whooped. Some say the Zbik fight was controversial (looking at the compubox numbers it's hard to argue against this) but I remember agreeing with the scorecards :manny:

-Ricky Burns-Raymundo Beltran

Robbed in broad daylight.........and he didn't get an immediate rematch........

Bernard Hopkins-Segundo Mercado 1

fight known for being the first 2 times bhop hit the deck but was able to fight back and earn a draw..me personally i thought mercado still pulled it out by a couple rounds although others said bhop pulled it out

Carl Froch-Andre Dirrell

This fight could easily be a draw or even a decision to Dirrell since he actually rocked Froch a couple times during this fight but in no way did Froch win this fight by any stretch of the imagination

Rewatched this a few weeks ago, initially I thought Dirrell was robbed, now I think it was a correct decision

lay off Steele breh. thats my dude. he gives no fukks. I really had no problem with his Chavez-Taylor stoppage. Your job as a fighter is to respond when the ref is talking to you. but I do agree he stopped some fights premature...Mancini-Chacon was one.

the nikka I hate is Jay Nady.

that Tszyu-Zab fight was bullshyt. he penalized Zab for getting up to early. there is a reason for the 10 sec count. By 10 sec, Zab was walking around protesting. As I said before, all refs have their flaws, no one is perfect...but Mercante Jr. let Joppy take his asswhipping against Tito. Joppy got up and fell back down too. then Nady stopped the Corrales-Gainer fight when Gainer was clearly taking a knee. He asked Gainer was he ok and he said "I'm fine" Nady stopped it. Gainer said "I said I'm fine!" Afterwards they asked Nady why he stopped it and he said he saw it in Gainer's eyes. :comeon:

by the count of 6 Gainer was looking Nady dead in his eyes....he got up, fixed his trunks, handed Nady his gloves and said I am fine.....:wtf: look at this shyt

we all know Vera got robbed. as far as Burns....going overseas fighters mostly always get robbed. thats the only thing I fear about the TCraw fight.

Abraham-Miranda I

Randy (Alfred E. ) Neuman stopped the fight...then when he learned Abraham would lose the fight based on stoppage from a punch that broke his jaw, he re-started the damn fight and deducted 2 points from Miranda. :mindblown:

He later deducted 2 more points from Miranda. The crazy thing is, the judges had Abraham winning without the 4 point deduction. :what: Thats when I knew Abraham was protected like hell.
