The Anthology idea is good, but I really DO hope that it all leads up to a proper Cloverfield sequel one day.

Not even saying it has to be any time soon, just that I'd hope they'd keep the possibility on the table

10 Cloverfield Lane was a fantastic character-centric story that only touched on the alien portion of Cloverfield during its third act, but it sounds like God Particle may give us a much closer look at what’s going on by taking us to space. Will the film be set before the events of Cloverfield, as the creature makes it descent towards Earth, or will this be in the aftermath as more creatures head towards our planet?

I love 10 cloverfield.lane and I love to take on it as an anthology direct sequels are corny because all of the characters died from the original Cloverfield anyway
