Lightfoot was in a tough situation, cause if you have the police going crazy on Day 1 then you have to consider the backlash and blow black you have on your hands if somebody got hurt badly or killed by cops.

When I was out there, I saw people smashing shyt and throwing glass bottles and firecrackers at police... the cops were like


People were wildin' freely and that's why when neighborhoods started getting hit outside of downtown so many people with the shyts, cause they homies told em shyt was sweet.

We are in one of the largest cities in America...only way they can have enough bodies to protect everything is by bringing in the National Guard and/or Army.

Was watching the local news here in Atlanta and they were cleaning up downtown on Saturday. One of the reporters asked a breh why he was down there sweeping and scrubbing and the breh said something to the effect of "you are supposed to clean up after your family"

It was kinda corny but i felt him.

What's killing me is I'm seeing FB post talking about if you need food or supplies, to head to the Jewels and Walgreens that are open in Oak Lawn, Alsip, Beverly and Mount Greenwood while this is simultaneously happening.
