Saw on another forum a theory that most likely it was CPS taking Jake Makes sense since his breh may have just died

If Reg is dead (which I highly doubt) they would have to get rid of Jakes character too based on the fact that it was his only family.

I guess they plan on writing Brandon off with some witness protection shyt.

Is it just me or did it seem like this was Kevins last episode too?

I feel they can still follow Jake's character and what he goes through.

As for Kevin it kind of did with the way they set it up with him putting on the uniform of that other school but who knows. They could have just been building it up because this is a brand new start for him.

Def in the Reg ain't dead camp....especially cause of Jason Mitchell's dumbass getting fired. His character is gonna flip and prolly be put in witness protection or some shyt.

Can't lie tho, I cheered when he told his girl off. You accept people for who there are and it was clear at the end of the day she thought he was a hood nikka who could be upgraded instead of a good dude who just happened to be from the hood. Its a difference and many act this way when they come from a privileged upbringing. But it is a good way to explain her character's departure.

Thought Douda was gonna let the shyt slide! Jake should have ran away that day from the fat dude.

A part of me honestly believes Douda didn't have a hand in this, and will be a major point of conflict next season on his connection with the 63rd street gang.

Tbh ‘Q’ aint explicitly been labeled as dead. They just said he’s “away”.

He can be brought back season 3.

Also, they should bring ole boy Deaundre Bonds onto season 3. Make him be a wild ass cousin from LA looking to revenge Eazy E after Douda kills Eazy E off screen or some shyt due to snitching.

They can bring in Omar from the wire too, maybe also bring in Barksdale or somethin..

If they cant find writers that can find a way to do something along those lines they dont deserve a show, theres hella ways to write out this shyt and have a dope season 3

Douda has Reg shot up for that beat down on Coach Creepy. He made a scene & Douda told him about that. Reg messed, even tho Douda said he was doing fine... he wanted Reg to relax.

Dope finale. Damn shame eazy fukked it up. I have a feeling Jericka wasn’t gonna come back anyway so her “leaving” was prolly inevitable unless they thought we’d actual care about her solo story. Loved Kevin arc this season. The haircut and all was a nice lil way to show his growth. That big brother, lil brother dynamic he has with Brandon is gonna be missed. Emmitt out here being a good father to his favorite seed and baddest baby moms and it’s a good look, I guess lol. Dude need to go ahead and get a vasectomy though. shyt is getting outta hand. Don’t really care if reg is dead or alive. He was good for some laughs but too scum baggy for me. If that was CPS ol boy is either done on the show or douda gonna find a way to get him.

Douda offered to pay and dude was like nah Reg gotta fall

Thats why Douda been getting close to Jake cause he knew he’d have to look out for him after Reg was gone

I told Like 5 ppl who were saying they didn’t plan to watch the Chi next season because Brandon got the boot, they were like he’s the main character... what are they gonna do?? I tried to explain that Kevin was more the main character since he saw coogie killed & all the events rotate around that. But some people don’t listen....

I was telling folks the show was fine without Brandon... that he isn’t the main character & the show would be fine without him.
