As soon as the blackout came I knew Sonny was gonna check for his restaurant. Emmett stays not thinking shyt all the way through. Brandon's memory will live on through him.

Emmet stays fukking up, I knew at some point Sonny would find out. Plus he was getting to sloppy leaving the lights on and all kinda shyt where Sonny had to check him about that so you know it was coming. It's really fukked up but we will see how he is able to bounce back. Dude is a hustler but just makes some bad moves.

It seems to me he wanted to do his own thing though. Its one thing to have a job but its another to be your own boss and the money is different too which is needed when you got all those kids like he got.

However I'm not sure if the show every really reveals his motivation for getting into the food business on his own instead of just working for Sonny. Was it to carry on Brandon's dream or something?

They definitely making sure the toxic black male box is ticked

I also swore Jake knew the Douda side, now he looking shook

Ronnie out here playing the biggest game of clue

the way they conveniently flipped myisha from kev to poppa for some big love shyt is corny

lastly, this trans agenda of men wanting to bogard their way into being seen as women...like real women...:camby:
Honestly this show makes black folk especially black men look bad. I can picture the white executives at Showtime like make the black men more thuggish, "blackity black" in order for her LGBTQ agenda to be allowed.

This episode seems like a homage to other films like Keisha being trapped in the basement with the guy cleaning her back was some Slience of the Lambs reference (especially since there was a framed moth display in the background of her scenes). Going to an abandoned building also seems like a homage to some scary movie (this aint even the halloween episode so wtf)

I like Miyska, she and poppa are funny as fukk, they have good chemistry, fatties belong with other fatties.

Ok one more thing and ill srop venting. This nikka Jake been a whole thug for the past 2 seasons. Getting gang tattoos, being around reg and his fukkery, stealing one of the pistols, selling weed, pressing ops in school, etc. But you mean to tell me this nikka got shook because he saw the pizza man besting up someone and ran to an even worse person? This fool ran to a nikka who just got ou of jail, no connections, no money, playing house with a trany who "do hair", and is emotional on top of everything else. This writing :snoop:

I know people keep saying Jake was a bytch, but he is still a kid. He hasn't seen violence up close like that especially from someone who is a respected member of the community. Also a "father figure type".

Kevin's girl is what coli brehs refer to as "shea butter twitter". I have yet to meet an actual woman that acts like this.

Y'all use the word simp too much and inaccurately.

Regarding Jake, he might be a kid but he ain't stupid. He been around reggie enough to see some shyt (walking in on reggie about to shoot trice), and he also been around enough to know that pizza man ain't just pizza man (why would dooda or whatever his name is just pull up on reggie like that). It was completely out of his character to run

Like I said, Jake lives with him and there is that "threat of violence" that fathers evoke. Of course a true father would never hurt his son, but to actually see someone you respect as a "father figure" and someone who considers you their son to that to someone else is terrifying.

Also what the fukk was the dialogue about anyway "you are no george washington?" Ethel Washington (lol) is it some chicago politician we are suppose to know?
