The crown was snatched with that 3 in game 3. Everything else was just prolonging the inevitable. It's KD's league now. Only question is where was this last year? Don't tell me about spacing, dude was knocking nikkas eyes out with 30 footers all series long. shyt is now more perplexing than Bron in 2011. At least there was a rhyme and reason for that.
I gotta admit I was wrong. I thought he was glomming onto the Warriors to be a rich man's coat tail rider. It appears it was the other way around. They needed him to be the team that they were purported to be before he arrived. They lose this series with Bogut and Barnes and co. They don't even make it this far, depending on injuries. Meanwhile if he plays like this the whole time, he just might have back to back rings and MVPs.
As far as the series goes, this was kinda like the inverse of 2012. You had one guy reaching his apex and another guy that isn't quite there (except he's on the decline). Bron put up numbers but couldn't match KDs impact and KD made all the big plays. Opposite was true in 2012. Steph took his rightful position as a #2. He may be a GOAT candidate for that spot. KD's presence put everyone in their best spot. Only thing that will stop these Warriors is injury or ego. I'd actually like to see a team win 4 or 5 straight chips in my lifetime.
