Im just honest. I would love for there to be a new dope 2 guard to watch/ root for. I don't have a favorite team, im a fan of the sport. He's not all that... time will tell tho. But IMO he not the next Jordan/Bron like they were proclaiming and if u notice, they've cooled that talk down once everybody saw him actually play. Now he's the new Pippen... few years from now he'll prolly be the new Ron Mercer.

Maybe we can let the nikka play ONE GAME in the league before we say he cant play smfh. I mean i guess breaking Kansas freshman scoring record is nothing. Winning B12 freshman of the year is nothing. Averaging 17 points a game as a freshman is nothing........ I swear IDK where nikkas come up wit is stuff Not everyone comes into the league and dominates like Lebron and KD. Others take some time. ive seen him play... been watching ball my whole life. I grew up watching Iverson, Ray Ray, Starbury, VC, Melo, Wade, KD, D Rose etc. from College going into the pro's and he's not better than anyone of them nikkas were. Not even close. What can he actually do? Seriously what has he done to make anyone think he's this incredible ball player.

He can ball obviously, but his talent doesn't warrant his hype and if u were to put him on the floor with any of those players at his same age, he would get eaten alive. This nikka did nothing all season... he might have brought it maybe that one time against West Virginia, even then I still was meh about him. Kid just looks... normal, extremely normal. Maybe i haven't seen the right games or something.

Most great players when u see them you know they special. I cant recall debating if Lebron was gonna be everything they said he was. He clearly was next in line, barring injury. This kid, nobody believes it. People just desperate for the next new thing.

Great point. Nobody ever said, hmm give Melo or AI 4 or 5 years and he may be a great player. You knew from day 1 they were gonna be great.

maybe u should wait till he finishes his rookie year before u write his obituary. Wiggins will be much better in the pros than he was in college. and like other have alluded he had a pretty good freshman year last year despite playing in an offense that was not suited for him. I think he'll win ROY at Minnesota averaging something like 19/6/3. not LeBron at 19 but still damn good for a rookie.

by the end of his rookie year, we'll all look back at this trade and say it was STUPID for cleveland to give up this kid so quickly before they could see what he could do.

I know. To me this is cleveland wildly overpaying for Love. To me the max he's worth is Waiters, Bennett, and 2 future 1s. I woulda never included Wiggins. Just look back at all the trades involving guys who are on the last year of their deals (Howard and CP3). Neither of those dudes fetched a prospect like Wiggins and those guys are lights years better than Love.

Minny pulled of a heist on this one. They're gonna be the team of the future. Wiggins, LaVine, Dieng, Shabazz, Rubio. Thats a damn nice core of players. And they'll suck again this year. If they can get lucky in the lottery, they fukk around and get Jahlil Okafor and be the hottest young team in the league.
