IMO Love isn't worth the loss of depth.

Theyll be good on O but horrible on defense. Atleast with a Wiggins on the perimeter on D, his defense will create some offense.

And past Even just Wiggins you'd have Waiters who'd be a featured 6th man and tradeable asset....Anthony Bennet who could blossom and Tristan Thompson as well...And all these guys are tradable assets on rookie deals for now. this is Tristan's last year however but I doubt he goes for much over 8.

Why do you guys say wiggins is an elite defender

Nobody knows how his defense will be in the NBA

Stoo making him out to seem like he's kahwi on defense

All because you athletic don't mean you are an elite defender

I don't see Rudy Gay or Gerald Green being great defenders. He can be average on defense just like them

How about this...The things that were said defensively about Other defensive players who came into the league have been said about Wiggins...And another thing that's slipping a lot of people minds...Is Wiggins is damn near the most lauded prospect since Lebron....Meaning they expect him to be a superstar since his high school years...and it's not like he didn't play well at Kansas with multiple other options...He won't be expected to even be a top 3 scorer on the Cavs...This may help or hinder him...But I know this much I haven't seen this many high picks on 1 squad since the showtime Lakers.

Dont trade those young assets and depth for love. i know first hand it wont be worth it :sadcam:.

To me you have all that young talent who will be learning from a 4 time mvp, 2 time finals mvp and best player in the world in his prime. Its something special especially for guys who can be all nba players like kyrie, wiggins and waiters. Its like OKC but with the best player in the world growing with the players.

You getting picks as well. Go draft another Dieng

Not that hard to comprehend. You ain't getting the last two #1 picks + future first rounds picks for just Love. Cmon bruh... Love + Dieng for Wiggins + Bennett + filler + picks

Everyone wins.

The Wolves are not trading Dieng.......minus whale just forget about it

Exactly lol. wiggins/Bennet/waiters/pick for Love/Dieng/Shabazz

That's too much right...So the only way to get Love is basically to bend over and take it...I'd rather stand strong.

The Knicks and Nets gave up depth for stars, and now both are in shambles :dead:

Nets essentially gave up Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter, Gorgui Dieng and Damian Lillard for the garbage they have on the court now :dead:

Neither of those teams have the best player in the world by a mile to build around..

Bron dragged wade and boshs a corpse to the finals you don't think he can get there with love and Irving?

Well if he can drag them I'm sure he can drag waiters, wiggins, Bennet, Thompson as well.

Why does it have to be Wiggins as the trade bait? The wolves are in no position of power. They have a disgruntled player who has made it clear he doesn't want to be there, with one year remaining on his contract. Flip can either get what he can and get some value, or he can watch Love leave and get nothing.

If I'm the Cavs I'd rather sign a couple big guys and have a platoon system at the C, and play Lebron at the 4 for a few minutes. Bron is a better defender as a PF than Love is anyway . Cavs are young and athletic enough to play an uptempo style of play on offense, and play a trapping style of defense how the 90's Sonics used to play.
You're underestimating Flip's willingness to do the bolded since he has to coach the team too

Miami lost in 2011 because lebron didnt show up and 2014 because they couldn't defend a chair... Not depth

Flip didn't even want Dieng. Now you're expecting another one to fall into his lap when this team hasn't had a center with defensive potential EVER? Hell no. He'd just go draft another LaVine. Wiggins is the only important part of the offer. I don't care if anyone else is there because they're throw-ins to me

Is my idea of wiggins/waiters/Bennet for love/dieng/Baz to much?

Breh how is a team without a whole roster going to be favorite...I think it's only a few of it's who understand that even though Love it's extremely talented he is going to have to sit down eventually same with Be on or Kyrie...If we had even all the full exceptions most of us would be on board with a love trade....

If they take wiggins/waiters/bennett or thompson for love/dieng/shabazz let's get it done.

:yeshrug:
That's a robbery so bad that getting Wiggins becomes pointless. Dealing the other two young prospects worth shyt ON TOP of dealing Love for two guys that won't be on the team in a year in Waiters and Bennett is stupid. Doesn't even need to be said
