I see a team with...

1 interior defender who is consistently hurt and misses 35 - 45 % of damn near every season...

1 point guard who is one of the worst defenders at his position and in the league period...always misses a significant part of the season with an injury

2 ball dominant players who have never played in the nba without the ball in their hands the majority of the time...one of these guys is going to have to completely change how they have played professional basketball their entire career up until now...neither one of these 2 players is kevin love...

0 backup point guards to fill in for the one point guard who is always
injured

1 guy who's only talent is shooting the ball now being a probably 4th option behind bron, love, kyrie

0 big men outside of one who gets hurt a lot and one who doesn't play defense...

Perhaps my blender is broken...cause when I mix all those things together I don't get a team that can win a title...

Luckily Lebron doesn't think so either so i guess this was all a waste of time...

In my opinion one of 4 teams can win the title next season and the Cavs are one of them. They have Lebron, they can absolutely win it all.

Per Lebron's letter...he disagrees with you

All he said was he's not guaranteeing one right away because he knows how difficult it is. In a way he was saying he regrets the not 1, not 2, not 3 shyt. With Kevin Love & Kyrie in the mix they become instantly title-capable despite how the defense turns out.

Can anyone other than these teams win this year?:

Can't wait for kids of all backgrounds, races, nationalities and religions meet on basketball courts in Minnesota next week all draped in Rubio, Lavine and Wiggins t-shirt jerseys.

The feeling is back. We're back :blessed:

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Sources: Love to Cavs deal done
By Marc Stein
ESPN.com
The Minnesota Timberwolves have an agreement in principle to acquire Philadelphia's Thaddeus Young in addition to No. 1 overall draft pick Andrew Wiggins as part of a three-team trade that will send Kevin Love to the Cavaliers, according to sources with knowledge of the teams' deal structure.

Trade details
Known pieces of the three-team trade between Cleveland, Minnesota and Philadelphia (note: trade cannot be official until Aug. 23 at 12:01 a.m. ET:

Cleveland gets: Kevin Love from Minnesota

76ers get: Mbah A Moute, Alexey Shved and a future first-round pick (likely Miami's 2015 first-rounder via Cleveland)

Minnesota gets: Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and Thaddeus YoungLove/Wiggins trade details

Sources told ESPN.com on Friday that the Wolves, Cavs and Sixers, barring any late snags, indeed plan to complete the transaction as a three-team trade Saturday, which is the first day Wiggins is eligible to be dealt after signing his contract July 24.

The Wolves, sources said, have been operating under the premise for days that they will land Young from the Sixers as Love's replacement. ESPN.com reported in Julythat Wolves president and coach Flip Saunders had pinpointed Young.

One source familiar with league rules told ESPN.com that Wiggins becomes eligible to be dealt at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, as soon as the calendar flips to Aug. 23.

Although nothing can be finalized before Saturday, sources said that the Wolves are poised to surrender a future first-round pick along with the expiring contracts of Luc Richard Mbah A Moute and Alexey Shved to the Sixers for Young, who has two seasons left on his deal valued at $19.4 million.

The Wolves already had verbally agreed to acquire Wiggins, 2013's No. 1 overall pick Anthony Bennett and a future first-round pick from the Cavs for Love. Minnesota would then have the option of flipping that first-rounder to Philadelphia, along with Mbah A Moute and Shved, for Young.

Minnesota expects to land Thaddeus Young of the 76ers to fill the role of Cleveland-bound Kevin Love.
The Sixers tried to get Bennett as part of the Young transaction, sources said, but Minnesota was determined to keep the second-year forward to be a key piece in its rebuilding effort despite Bennett's disappointing rookie season with Cleveland.

Although the Cavs' 30-day waiting period to move Wiggins ends Saturday, sources told ESPN.com on Thursday that the teams can indeed schedule a trade call with the league that day even though it's a weekend, meaning the Love trade can be completed at the earliest allowable date.

Sources say that news conferences to introduce Love and Wiggins with their respective new teams are unlikely before next week, after the various players involved in the transactions have completed their physicals.

:heh: @ this being breaking news on ESPN.

It will be final tomorrow. The league had been informed a few days ago to have someone in the office on Saturday to make it official.

Rumor is a Wiggins/Bennett press on Tuesday.

Love and Marion probably will have theirs together at a later date. Ray Allen may be there too.

With just hours to go before a planned megadeal the would send Kevin Love to Cleveland, the Phoenix Suns reached out to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday to ask once more about the possibility of acquiring Love in a sign-and-trade for guard Eric Bledsoe, sources told ESPN.com.
