Gonna be a fun season. Cavs should get the finals, but it'll be fun to see what the bulls can do about it. :ehh:

Ok you're talking about the 2010 playoffs, I thought you were talking about 2011.

How are the Cavs much better but the Bulls essentially the same? The Cavs had the best record in the league that year and the Bulls were a 41 win team that barely made the playoffs. Healthy Rose is much better now than he was then, Noah is much better now, Gibson is much better now, Thibs is a hell of an upgrade over Vinny Del Negro. The core around Rose & Noah is a lot better.

Both teams have changed a lot since then, I don't see the point in using that series as a reference. And btw Rose averaged 27 points on 46% shooting during that series, I don't think LeBron shut down anything.

The Bulls move in free agency to plug the same type of role players around Noah and Rose as always. So while the players and the defense may have improved, there's still not enough there to put them over top of the Cavs in a 7 game series. This Cavs team isn't gonna be easy to stop. The offense is gonna be diverse. You'll have Kyrie, Dion & Lebron attacking the basket and kicking to shooters. Love will work the post and find teammates cutting. Love will stretch the floor to allow more penetration. Small ball lineups will neutralize one of Chicago's bigs (prolly Gasol).

There's a lot of factors for me as to why I think the Cavs would handle the Bulls. Its my opinion, cases can be made both ways.

I just disagree with the notion that the Bulls are essentially the same because I feel they've improved across the board since then.

I don't see anything wrong with you thinking the Cavs will be better than the Bulls. The Cavs will probably be the favorites but I can see the argument for both sides. For the Cavs, I think they'll be great on offense but mediocre at best on defense. And I think the opposite for the Bulls. Should be a fun series to watch hoping everyone stays relatively healthy.

That team can't play a lick of a defense but they'll be fun to watch. I hate how dirty they did my dude Wiggins though. They should of traded him on draft day. I never thought there would be an even worse fate than playing for Cleveland(organizationally).

nikkas thought the Spurs beat down of the heat was bad, wait till a Spurs/Cavs matchup :eat: :spurs: :tonyparker: :wow:

You got lucky that Ginobili stayed thin and Wade got heavy.

Skinny 30 year old Lebron will back back to bring vengeance with the 2007 finals on his mind.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
So how many wins Cavs getting now ? 50-55 ?

I could easily see them finishing 47-35,46-36

Only way they finish 47-35 is if Bron gets injured, they won 33 games last year, adding LeBron/Love in place of Deng and Thompson has to account for a minimum of 52 wins.
