Kevin Love is a better fit with Lebron then Bosh was.

Kyrie is better then D Wade right now and hes not even in his prime yet

Cavs probably wont win their first year but the Heat didnt either.

Cavs have a better bench, better future and better stars then the Heat right now.

And Lebron has damn near full control over basketball operations unlike in miami.
That's exactly why that team isn't winning anything :mjlol:

Riley is one of the GOAT GM's for a reason, if LeBron thinks he can do his job better he's going to learn the hard way. Props to Riley btw for not letting Bron's boys run the ship

Key word is were. This ain't 2012 anymore.

Right and what happened this year with lesser versions of Wade and Bosh and a damn near 30 year old Lebron? Kyrie/Love are lesser versions from the gate. :heh:

im not on the kevin love train breh....i feel the same way about kyrie...both them cats have put up great stats on shyt teams...and have never played nba games that mean something....maybe it will all work out...but im reserving my judgement

I've seen Kyrie play and the numbers he puts up are not empty stats. Somebody has to get buckets and keep the team moving. If it wasn't Kyrie it had to be Dion because nobody else on that Cavs team was giving you the points required to stay in games. People are gonna get to see him on national TV this year and I bet you they will start to appreciate his game a lot more.

As far as Love goes, I would only trade for him if I could get a defensive center in return, or trade for one in another deal.

Let's face it, Westbrook, Parker, and Rose would kill the Cavs with dribble penetration. Rondo used to feast the same way.

Lebron doesnt think he can do a better job but riley didnt execute this off season.

Lebron tells riley to get help because d wade isnt d wade anymore and bosh is meh and instead of getting kyle lowry and gortat like people anticipated, he gets danny granger and mcroberts.

Heat wouldve went into the season in a worse position then last year.

As i said they probably wont win their first year, but a big 3 of kyrie, love and lebron will be dominant for another 5-7 years

You can't be non-committal to a team and then expect them to get the players YOU want, thats not how it works. Riley was calling texting/LeBron requesting feedback on moves but what did LeBron do?

I agree with this, had lebron signed a 2 year 40 million dolla contract on july 1 with the cheat then riley could've made moves to bring players in. It's a chicken and egg thing though and riley blinked when lebron bounced

Riley was telling players that lebron was coming back though. He said that himself.

The heat big 3 opted out to give riley the most cap and he didnt really do much with it.

:usure:
D. Wade as a hobbled 2nd option last year- 19, 5,5 on 55% shooting
Kyrie as the man in his healthiest season to date- 21, 4, 6 on 43% shooting
Defense isn't really something you wanna discuss for either guy. Wade in his prime blows him out of the water. It says a lot when you can only compare Kyrie to the current :flabbynsick: version of Wade.

K. Love is a better fit on offense because he can shoot 3s AND grab rebounds (what a concept :ehh:) but he gives him even less on defense.

If you're a free agent do you take the GM's word that X player is re-signing or do you wait and see what they are going to do?

The fact is with LeBron demanding a max the Heat had NO cap space to work with, the best they could hope for was a solid player like Deng who was willing to come on a discount if LeBron had resigned. Gortat + Lowry was never a realistic option

Isn't that exactly what happened with Napier though? From a logical perspective why would the Heat not try to get the best players possible regardless of what Bron was gonna do? We gotta call a spade a spade, Riles whiffed on "retooling". Bron's mind was probably already made up but we can just act like Bron is to blame for everything. Wade and Bosh could've signed for discount off rip and freed up cap room.

no
30 year old LeBron, a shoot first PG with bad D and Mr. Sub-.500 himself wont go on a run like the 90's Bulls, 80's Lakers

Wade and Bosh sacrificed enough of their game the last 4 years, they had no obligation to turn around and give up even more money on top of that to appease LeBron.

Btw, Heat's targets from day one was always adding another wing. The belief was that this would assist LeBron on defense. If they "whiffed" it was on an Ariza type of player, not Gortat or Lowry.

I didnt say they would win multiple championships.

By dominant, i meant they would be relevant for another 5-7 years. All they need to do is win one
