and hamilton is dirt cheap you can get a condo under 100k , a great house like 150k and all that but yucky

great house for 150k? hell fukkin no....I've been in Hamilton for a couple years and houses are def overpriced for the city. Its 300k for any decent detached home. If you want cheap homes Windsor is the cheapest by far shyt is almost Detroit status. You can get a 5 bedroom there for 150k, same house in Hamilton would cost 5x as much, Toronto would be like 1 mil easy
