@Luken from people i've talked to, wind's reception is hit or miss if you're uptown. the company is being sold too, so it might end up being another provider being owned by rogers/bell.

Been on Wind's unlimited $40(unlimited US/CAN calling, unlimited data, global text) plan for two years and it's been damn near flawless in Toronto. Been paying $75 for two of these lines ($5 discount for having a 2nd line), I'mma have to kill someone if they cancel this shyt on me.

Yeah they do have sim cards. They're a gsm provider like Rogers but use a different spectrum (aws - same as Tmobile in the US)
