The rules are the rules and I’m sure those other teams have those same rules in place. Can’t get mad at them over rules that you broke even if it was consensual. Usually in those type of situations, one party leaves the organization so it doesn’t become a problem. It happened a few years back with the Red Sox.

We can't judge other teams specific rules because we don't know. All we know is the Celtics gave him the same amount of time the NBA gave Sarver and Sarver had over a decade of sexual misconduct and racism.

A year after the suspension, we don't know if Ime will have the same level of respect in the Celtics offices and locker room after they threw him under the bus.

If I'm Ime, I'd rather have a fresh start with another team making more money.

You mean the same boss that was and has had inappropriate relationships with lower level employees of the organization himself

With that being said, Steph didn't get high level positions in that organization until later years in the company after they got married, so it wasn't that big of a deal.
