lmao you cant fire a coach for cheating on his wife. and if u do, you are paying every cent of that contract. and homie isnt married anyway
Yes. Yes you can fam. It’s called a morals clause and cheating on your wife and publicly being caught IS clear grounds for that.

The reason why you think it’s not, is because companies don’t give a shyt if you cheat. 9 times out of 10, it doesn’t reach outside your marriage and nobody outside the company finds out.

Now if you cheating inside the company….. and everyone in the company and press finds out… and she’s cheating too. Also on someone in the company… and now it’s on ESPN….

You better believe they can use all that to fire your ass. I know couples fired for swinging. That’s not cheating and it’s all adults. But nope. Got caught on the news or website exposed as being a member and the owners are overly religious.

Here is a sample morality clause:

If Employee commits any act, which is an offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state or local laws, or which might tend to bring Employee to public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or which may embarrass, offend, insult or denigrate individuals or groups, or that may shock, insult or offend the community or the Company’s workforce or public morals or decency or prejudice Company, or which results in actual or threatened claims against Company, Company shall have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement without liability for the unpaid portion of any compensation due hereunder upon written notice to Employee

I understand how the world works, what's especially nasty here is the coach cheating with a woman that his fiancé had to interface with from time to time, a woman that was out here smiling in her face and smashing her man.

:francis:
That's the type of grimy cheating women usually do too, so goes to show how wild this dude was :russ:

Did he cheat with both the travel agent and a Celtics VP's wife? Because I'm seeing both stories online.
