If it's true that the Celtics confronted Udoka and the woman (or women) staffers over the summer and just told them to stop (which they allegedly ignored and/or Udoka continued pursuing her), the organization messed up. All parties should've immediately been fined 10% of their salaries and told explicitly that they would be terminated if it continued. The organization had a golden opportunity to handle this during the off-season.
