Windhorst is reporting that Brogdon has a health issue that will make him basically untradeable this summer

But if the Celtics knew that and still traded Smart then I would think Stevens must be confident in another deal for a guard

Or they just really wanted Porzingis and are content with White & Pritchard being the PGs if/when Brogdon misses time. I guess we’ll see

Or he already knew he had that deal in place...which is most likely what happened :pachaha:

Bu Wizards fans been starving for awhile so I'm going to let them eat :pachaha:

Best thing the Wizards can say about any basketball activity in the last 5 years is "the GM didn't fukk up this one trade" :pachaha:

Then what are you arguing about? The Wizards should have at least gotten a first pick for their assets. All they got were second round picks.
It's amazing how people just keep spinning these transactions to be Ws for their team to win arguments, then fast forward 3/4 years when teams have done jack shyt with those assets they are applauding they act like they never said it

Cap Space to Wizards is as useful as that controller on that submarine. No real players are signing with them in FA. They should be getting picks in return to build for future. Marcus Smart got 2 first round picks, while Wizards got zero between Beal and Porzingis. Kuzma will walk away for free too.

This is a risk the Celtics had to make and without losing Brown i'm not bad at this move at all as I said they needed a better big man then current Horford. If they can find another guard to move Brown to small forward while moving Tatum up to power forward they would have done what I think is best for their team going forward.

Re: Smart. A lot of Celtics fans I feel are using him as a scapegoat for why they haven't gotten over the hump yet. Smart does make some poor decisions but he usually shows up in the most crucial games and performs well in those situations.

That said, if Porzingis is healthy Boston obviously won the trade receiving him back and the two 1st rounders.

I love all these think pieces coming out on NBA Twitter about how the Wizards GM is a mastermind and you have to "see his vision". These are the same lame ass motherfukkers who will be clowning the Wizards in 2 years when they still suck Lol.
It doesn't take a genius to see his vision. He got the job, told the owner it's not gonna work with what's there and they needed to tear it down to the foundation and build from scratch.

It’s not all Smart’s fault the Celtics haven’t gotten over the hump

But he is a frustrating player to watch and I will not miss him, point blank
