The thing I hate about capitalism is how much propaganda it feeds to the average person that somehow they are not worth it unless they are constantly making money

Again labor creates billionaires billionaires don't do that on their own

It’s actually genius when you think about it.
You got broke as mfers constantly caping for billionaires and voting against their own self interest because of some goofy pipe dream that makes them think if they work hard enough they can also be rich :dead:
And it’s generational. Everyone thinks that way. Evil genius demonic system :picard:

Not sure which is worse...

The people who think strictly hard work will take you to the top and ignore everything else like natural advantages or luck or being in the right place at the right time...

OR....

The losers who think that everyone who has success in life got it from their parents or didn't earn it or only got it because they took advanage of others.
Definitely the latter for me. I think people feel insecure about the fact that they’re not rich so they make up reasons that aren’t their fault to explain why. shyt, I feel insecure that I’m not rich (yet) but I see it as motivation and wonder, “what can I do better or differently to get what I want?” rather than avoiding the discomfort of acknowledging that I’m not where I want to be by making up reasons why others are and I’m not.

This 100%.

The Top 1% is compromised of very different personality types. Some are Type A with a great idea and business/marketing acumen while others understand the financial markets and know how to make the right moves. You need to be a sociopath to some degree to reach that level of wealth along with luck.

Being a billionaire is like being a pro athlete. Luck and genetics matter the most. The average neurosurgeon is "smart" enough to be Warren Buffet but may not simply care enough or obsess enough over money to be that rich.

Plus many billionaires like Bezos or Gates don't start out dreaming of being rich. They have an idea and will do anything to bring that idea into fruition. The billions happen as a consequence but the love for their creation is what gets them the $$$ not necessarily the drive for $$$.

so your agreeing the that the picture is bullshyt but stating to become “Top 1% rich” you need a sociopathic level work ethic :dahell:

If your way is working for you then proceed...if someone has something you covet and got it on their own you might want to study how they did it but it's easier to complain about how shyt unfair than doing what Mark Cuban did.

Word!!

I got this one homie who used to criticize me for grinding hard but not making any money (yet). Fast forward a few years and that same breh can’t always come on group trips or nikkas need to pay for accommodations for him.

You DO have to work hard. But it doesn’t mean you always have to work. If you manage your time well you can grind like mad and still have 2-4 hrs of personal time per day. This is how I live even though I’m a manager at work, co-founded an org on the side, do a lot of public speaking/appearances, write articles etc.

-Manage your time.
-Become (very) good at the things you do.
-Identify which actions have high impact and focus on those and don’t focus much time on low impact activities.
-Be good socially.
-Be visible in the industry you’re trying to succeed in and get to know the power players.

Protestant Brainwashing is what it is. Mixed in with Prussian Brainwashing.

I have relatives that work whenever they want and rake in bread and it makes these rat racers so mad when they gotta spend with them. They always be paying attention when they take off, or when they gotta shut down on some "I noticed you were gone, I came by by (some of these fukkers only come by when you're closed) but you werent there :ld:". And it be the people who hardly spend money

Yeah nikka I took a fukking vacation :myman:

fukkers think if they gotta suffer and work til theyre fatigued, you do too.

Rat Racers used to think they could criticize my pops now they come to him for advice to get out of the Matrix

Even if you did take this nonsense at face value, most humans are not willing to sacrifice hobbies and social life to get a “billion dollars” And the people that are willing are not well adjusted people

Kanye claims to have a billion dollars and is begging random broke people for attention everyday of his life.

This isn’t actually true say the stats. 55.8% of billionaires are self-made

The majority of billionaires in the world are self-made
I don’t agree with THIER definition of “self Made”

This article list Jeff Bezos, who Like I said got an interest free “loan“ of 250,000$( would be WAY more in today’s money)

he may be a “self made BILLIONAIRE” and that’s great for him.

but It’s not sincere to act as if the average everyday person has access to that type of capital in their family.

and I’m not some woo is me broke dude either,

but let’s be honest.

Well I mean there’s obviously the issue of fit. You gotta find something you’re good at and make it profitable for yourself. Me? I’m good at talking and leadership and I’ve made a career out of that. I ain’t gonna post receipts us I’d rather remain anonymous but I’m doing alright and trending upwards really fast.

Who did dwayne johnson exploit to become rich?
Since he's in the capitalist mode of production (that we all live in) - his incredibly high-salary comes at the under-paying of virtually all of the lower-staff in the organizations.

The same goes for all high-paid actors/actresses - they're given an outsized amount for their role - while the tier of people that actually make the films possible are paid non-livable, or barely adequate wages.

You're thinking of exploitation in a colloquial way - I mean so in the "labor theory of value way."

None of them are "self-made." One cannot accumulate a billion dollars by themselves.

You're saying they didn't inherit hundreds of millions of dollars from their parents, which is not the same thing as "self-made."

Jeff Bezos - who was given half a million dollars from his parents to start a business, took on major investors from his time as a hedge fund manager, and who has sustained Amazon first on debt, and then on the massive underpaying and (colloquially) exploitation of its workers - is not "self-made."
