Christianity tokk over because it brought in the cultures prior to it. Jesus flat out says in the bible “not to ignore ya fathers customs”.

They bring those customs into the church and then make them part of the religion.

Some use this as a way to say catholics arent christians but idolators like protestants who shyt on catholics based on the bible, which was literally picked by catholics … so its kinda hard to comprehend. Chicken or egg shyt. .

The older i get the more i look at people who say “religion caused all the worlds problems” like morons with lmited understanding. Most people i know found god later in life, with zero church involvement. Not evwryone is brainwashed since birth by their religion, and because some are doesnt make it evil period. Jesus said the church will be taken over, but the main point of it still stands.

No it didn’t matter. Date accuracy with the most important event in history was second to the event itself. Again, you are putting modern thinking on an ancient solution. And guess what … everything controls people; families, friends, Trump, Democrats, City culture, culture of ethnicities even this website - at least religion has overwhelmingly been on the side of good over the years.
