Went to total wine and got 2 sixers

Marble Brewery Wildflower Wheat
Goose Island Matilda, Summertime, and 312
College Street American Wheat (Somewhat local beer outta Lake Havasu AZ)
Sam Adams Cream Stout
Breckenridge Agave Wheat
Leinenkugel Canoe Peddler, Sunset Wheat (2x), Summer Shandy, Honey Weiss

I've already stated that Leinies Sunset wheat is one of my favorites...I believe the others are all new to me.

312 is underwhelming. Nothing special. I hope the other Goose Island beers I got are better than this. Edit: Goose Island Summertime isn't anything to write home about. Marble Brewery is a bit better but i'm holding these to the Sunset Wheat standard...and they dont even come close.

Where is the high alcohol sour beers?

The highest bottled one for sale in Houston is like 8.6% ABV, the Petrus Aged Red.

newcastles are terrible breh
start out with some dogfish head 60 minute to get you on the right track.
even sam adams boston lager is pretty good, esp ice cold
go to ratebeer.com and check some high rated beers in your area

If it doesn't get me drunk, I could always buy an imperial/double single @ 10% ABV. That would tip me over the edge

It's not as sour as their Aged Pale, but I'd rather have the cherry flavor added. The Petrus Aged Pale is maybe the most sour beer I've had. Good stuff

Yeah I like the cherry aged, was one of the 1st spurs I've had and really enjoyed it.
