ehh. the nature of the relationship is always gonna make them the "bad guy", but they have to pay the bank every month. ive never faulted landlords for what they do, and frankly, they're welcome to charge whatever the fukk they want

my disgust was with the fukking idiot renters who oppose rent control. as a renter...i support it :dead:

as a matter of fact, my landlord doesnt make me sign a lease and hasnt raised the price on me in years. she knows im a guaranteed payday and we have a mutual understanding in place as far as i can tell :ehh:
