Black Panther continually makes Iron Man look like a dumbass.
Panther is easily smarter and has better tech than Batman.
Yeah Batman has some dope cars and weaponry, but Panther has:
Anti-Metal claws that will cut through any type of metal.
A completely bulletproof costume (the bullets don't even bounce off they just lose momentum and fall on contact).
A Kimiyo card (which is essentially a smaller, more powerful, more verstile version of Batman's Cryptograph sequencer).
Boots that allow him to run up walls and walk on water.
Energy daggers with adjustable settings (weak enough to stun enemies or strong enough to cut through steel).
Light Armor that he designed in his early teens.
Some sort of tech that allows him to make firearms explode.
Battle cruisers that work in the deep sea or in space (and hold a fleet of fighter jets).
Giant Panther robots.

Batman vs. Captain America really is a draw though. Cap has the muscle but there's no way Bats is gonna get in close enough to let him use it. Meanwhile any long-range shyt he tries is gonna bounce off of the shield and they'd just play cat and mouse until they realized it's stupid and just quit.

Why does this board keep saying this? When it comes to battle strategy BP obviously shyts on Stark. When it comes to making tech and finding ways to use in any practical situation, only Reeds is his level. BP's smarters and Stark's are in different disciplines.
As for BP being smarter than Batman
T'Challa's intelligence has only been relevant when it comes to using theoretical physics with the help of Stark/Reed or his entourage. Batman is genius who's shown masterful proficiency in every where from Chemistry to Engineering. He's like a walking encyclopedia.

People keep saying it because it's true. T'Challa is far and away the better tactician but In terms of scientific acumen T'Challa and Stark are about neck and neck.
It was stated before in the comics that T'Challa can make most of the shyt Stark does because he simply chooses not to do so. When T'Challa has wanted to be more of a tech head he's easily done things on par with Stark...The Techno Jungle, vibranium mesh suit and boots, the Kimoyo cards, the Quinjets, Falcon's Wings.

As for Panther needing Stark or Reed's help, that shyt is ass backwards. There are WAY more instances of those two calling and asking T'Challa for help. I honestly can't think of any instance where T'Challa has asked for Starks help with a science problem.

I know that nikka dont ask for help but whenever he's seen stretching his science muscles, Reeds or Stark are in the background praising him. Marvel surrounds him hype men to make up for the fact that BP is pushed as a fighter first, scientist third. ----Even more so recently when he was slumming in Hell's kitchen (minus the power up). He's either adapting some super advanced technology or he's upgrading/hacking into one of Doom's/Reed's/Stark's designs. He's Marvel's mental version of Wolverine, BP is a scientific jobber.
