well there is a way to kill the hulk and superman could do it, rather easily.
depending on what incarnation of the hulk it is.
anyway the right combo of avengers would take out any league i believe:
also, people forget thAt the women of the marvel universe are typically stronger than most of the men. yet not typically written well for some odd reason.
yet if written according to their actual powers instead of bullshyt.
a group of women and a few select men members of the avengers would actually committ homocide on the jla. as captain marvel if written as total whoop ass would kick most of the jla's ass.
plus she is the tactical commander on par with cap'n america.
an almost girl team of avengers could beat any jl group.
the only issue is superman,.......where you would need like a combo of:
wonderman,vision, hercules, thor, quasar
hulk : would handle wonderwoman just like loki
sersi ; can take out green lantern
quasar : can take out green lantern
vision : for marvin the martian
captain marvel : as leader and for anyone, other than superman.
actuay now i think about it. captain marvel could emulate the energy of krptonite and kill superman!
plus, sersi could telepathically find out how to emulate green lantern and have marvel emulate paralax energy to end gl, too.

hawkeye = green arrow
scarlet witch : well they have written her as so powerful,...that more than likely both jl and the avengers. would stop fighting aNd have to find a remedy for her.
which never turns out well, for the marvel universe.
beginning with my beloved west coast avengers back when i was a kid.
