Damn, I remember the rams not being that good but i forgot that they were 8-8. Green Bay was not that good in '02 either. People forget about the 05' and '06 collapses we had. Both years started 6-2 and finished 8-8 and missed the playoffs. Like I said l love Vick but he was very overrated.

I love Vick but he only won 2 playoff games. One in 02 on the road against Green Bay and one in 04 against a Rams team that wasn't that great on d. I think we beat them like 47-17. Can't take nothing away from him because he gave Green Bay's first ever home playoff loss. But it wasnt like he was racking up playoff wins.

Basically. Matt's one win away from completely surpassing everything Mike EVER did here in ATL. Not saying Matt's as dynamic or exciting as Mike, but win's, win %, divisions won, etc Matt>>Mike. And for the revisionist history that Mike ain't have weapons, what weapons do y'all think he was supposed to have? Roddy wasn't ready yet, but we still had a Pro Bowl TE in Alge Crumpler, Warrick Dunn & TJ Duckett was a dynamic rushing attack (remember DVD?). That offense was built around Vick with the belief that HE would raise the play of everybody around him, but that never happened. I wish nikkaz would stop giving Vick a pass for not raising his teammates level of play...it's not all on the GM & ownership to get you pro bowl talent across the board

I still say if Dan Reeves would have not been fired Vick would have had more success. When Mora and Knapp came in they put him in that stupid west coast offense and it did not fit him. Reeves had Vick in the pro set like Elway and Vick was ballin in '02.
