This season is so far much better than Season 3 but hasn't captured that excellence of 2 or even 1

Damian Darkh is a fantastic villain though and the best since Deathstroke.

I don't know. I don't like how Arrow was basically a batman rip-off for the first two seasons. I also don't think Season 2 was that great until the end around when Slade was introduced in present-day, but I also don't like the direction it's going in now either.

This is a surreal moment. I have had my problems with Arrow and the powers that be, but bringing us Mari McCabe is a dream come true. And they cast a decently brown skinned actress in the role.
