It's a earnings cycle pump that's being suped up by DFV's return to Twitter. The typical tactic is they'll pump up the stock going into the earnings report then drop it hard when the report comes out for dramatic effect and "XYZ dropped 15% on earnings miss" headlines. They do this on most stocks to shake out buyers.
DFV's return made them rush to price in the hype train with that premarket gap up. Since retail did actually come through they ended slowing the volatility with LULD halts. This is why they gaslit people with the "it's over" bs in 2021, they were passing the laws/changing the rules to put things like LULD halts into place before the next volatility spike.
Shorts will likely reload on earnings if they haven't already.

I got in on AMC & rode it for two days and cashed out & made few stacks. I’m a realist. You guys aren’t going to make millions off of AMC. Enjoy making some easy change during these rallies. Some of you guys are talking ridiculous numbers that will never happen in hopes of getting rich quick.

Wish I had copped a couple months ago but I appreciate the thread bump. I’m a buyer at these levels.
“Be greedy when others are fearful.” Might take some time..but at the very minimum 2x here. I think AMC will surprise folks sometime next year.
