The stockholders wont approve further dilution on the class A stock, so they're making a new tradeable unit that doesn't have that rule.Is it tho? Could've sworn I just heard it's not dilution on the call - I'm in both so whichever wanna rock first gme or amc... I'm good with it

At best this changes nothing and they dilute outside the float. At worst they use these shares to regain control of the vote (will investors hold their amc shares AND 100% of the ape shares? Doubt it) since the new shares will have voting rights. They approve on the dilution next vote and dump both floats to complete the rug pull.So what are your thoughts on this situation?
