Avi is smart for all the grief some people give him. He's already said as long as he's alive there will be no clone saga so I doubt he'd touch the superior thing with a 10 ft pole

If it was up to me, I’d kill off Gwen in the third Amazing Spider-Man movie (assuming she don't die in this one), causing Peter to quit being Spider-Man at the end of the film. Introduce Miles Morales in a post-credits scene. Call the next movie Ultimate Spider-Man and have Peter come out of retirement to help Miles near the end of the flick. Boom. You launch Miles’ franchise, and get to keep making ‘Amazing’ movies too.
They won't do it. As much as that might give comic fans a stiffy, the public knows spider man to be Peter Parker. You bring in someone else who's not Peter and it just confuses things to your mass audience and you lose some cache value. It would be like if the James Bond franchise decided to focus on another 00 instead of Bond or alongside Bond. I don't think Miles would make enough money as a franchise to validate the risk and you know it's all about the bottom line. Also, Peter wouldn't quit. Gwen dies? He keeps going and keeps pushing
good thing its not up to you cause thats a horrible idea, would kill the movie franchise and youd get fired

I love it but I don't think they'd do it. Especially since it's about to end soon anyway. I think as a story, it's one of the greatest spider man stories ever told because it highlights all of the strengths of Peter Parker without him being in it and it shows that only he can be spider man. But for a movie, it's too high concept of a story
Well the breh is saying have an Amazing franchise going and an Ultimate going at the same time, one with Peter one with Miles.

It's a great story and it's an arc that years from now will be looked upon as classic status. I'll be a little sad to see it end but it's time for Peter to come back. Ock has been digging his own grave since he put the suit on

Kaine is/was doing his own thing as Scarlet Spider. But that's over right? Or are they relaunching
last i checked its still going, venom got cut off.... Kaine dealin with the fallout from goin to war wit the krayven family, og hunter included & police after him again.... aint read the newest issue yet.... you like krayven check them issues out, he talks about why he has to die but cant be killed....
I will breh. Side note anyone in NYC Dan Slott will be autographing issues of amazing 1 at midtown comics near Times Square when it launches next month. I told my boy to handle that for me but he's tight I didn't charge this book to his account last time I was there

I know Kaine's part of the New Warriors now but not much else, haven't kept up with his series since that Wolverine thing.
The Clone Saga was ridiculous and everything but damn if I wouldn't like to see Ben Reilly's costume on screen just once.
