Why does the CGI look ps3 though? First two scenes looked like some commercial for the new spiderman game
Will watch but some of the scenes look odd, the CGI makes it look like a demo for a video game
It looks pretty I just hope Peter Parker isnt still an insufferable @sshole, several contrived plot lines arent dropped mid movie and its villains arent superficial. Much of the same as the first one. Why would they change it though? Folks just want something pretty to look at.

The villains will probably be somewhat superficial, only because they're clearly setting up for the sinister six, and I assume each individual villain have less time as a result. That doesn't bother me, though, as long as this movie isn't as crowded as Spider-man 3. If they let rhino be a throwaway in the beginning, electro for most of the movie, and whoever that goblin is right at the end, it could be fine.

youngin should make a good harry. he was a legit shythead in chronicle. and them electro scenes through the ny skyline look fun as hell. glad they didn't dark knight this franchise. everything doesn't have to be grit-tay. spidey isn't even that type of superhero.

Individually they're okay but together makes ASM incredibility contrived and its world seem small. ASM2 seems to be going this same route. Rhino uses Oscorp tech to harassing Spiderman...Spiderman saves some Oscorp nerd who later gets into an accident and becomes electro... only for Harry Osborn to capture and utilize his biology to create even more nefarious devices which will later be taken by the Sinister Six.
Again in separate movies this would be ill but all together it screams of desperation.As for ASM Peter, he's an a$$hole. Maybe I've been reading Spiderman comics the wrong way but I dont remember coming off as a unfunny highfalutin loner. Toby's portrayal made Peter likable because he was consistent and sincere. ASM Peter is only likable when he's mumbling in front of Gwen Stacy.
