You may be right fam.

WTK definitely has the verse on this project that fits best with the theme. Like, when he told everyone the concept of what to write about...WTK did the best job with it out of everyone on here. Him and Boldy.

The Conway and WSG joint is dope but it straight up feels like a Hall & Nash 2 joint released on another project. It sticks out like a sore thumb. I think it would've sounded more at home as a craft single, or on Bread or Lunch Meat.

But since it's @Xtz23 's favorite joint

Yeah, I honestly don't like the Conway & WSG joint off first listen... Really sticks out like a sore thumb as you said

But that Benny and Elcamino joint though :hhh:

Alc giving us the greatest visual & musical experience of all time :banderas:

The debate between Alc Vs Madlib getting harder and harder. The 2 GOATs of this generation, easily
They're the best hip-hop producers of the 2010s IMO. I still gotta put Madlib ahead just because of Pinata and Bandana. I listen to more of Al's stuff from this decade and he's been a little more active than Madlib this decade, but what really makes me put Madlib a notch above is just that Alc hasn't dropped his Pinata or Bandana yet.

And part of that are the emcees that Al works with. There are only a few emcees that Al works with regularly now days that I think are good enough to help him deliver a true classic that would be recognized as such by non-indie rap heads. Gibbs, Benny, and Roc Marci are the 3 that come to mind. But even Roc Marci might be a little too niche and indie. Because mainstream cats really give Pinata and Bandana the props they deserve. I think if Al does a full album with Gibbs or Benny that they could help deliver him something similar.

I like Eastside but it just doesn't fit the vibe of the rest of the project. I'm gonna ask my homie if it was even recorded for this project. I honestly think Al just wanted them on here so just took a joint they had in the stash and just threw it on here near the end so it wouldn't stick out as much. It couldn't be the last song. That wouldn't make even less sense. So he made it the 2nd to last.

Dope little project here. Stugots has the best beat but ROC gives the best verse on Harry O.

Feeling relaxed like Serena's naps
Layin on the beach, I might teabag
Crack the safe, punch the code in the keypad
Lemon squeezed over sea bass
I seen it through the submarine glass, breeze past
Who's the cleanest? Don't even ask
...your favorite rapper's on my penis sack
I'm just speaking facts
Might smack you in your teeth for these egregious acts
Sail the sea, been to Belize and back
The world's my kingdom, I don't believe its flat though

The mix of humor and opulence :mjlol::sacreblawd:

Griselda and Big Twins didn't even try to keep the nautical themes going :russ:
