I notice you do a lot of these.
It’s a great/essential exercise most people tend to ignore and it pretty much pinpoints all my weaknesses in the second pull in both oly lifts.
My mobility (probably from the 2 sugreries) and strength are so wack for this movement but I’m steady working on it.
If I could pull 230 like that thru the second pull, my first and third would support at least another 50 on top of my current 1RM.
