Goal Update:
Humbly I was pretty surprised with the outcome of the Dexa Scan. 15.9% is solid. The important takeaway is that BMI is useless for me as an indicator of health.
Big picture I've got a great window to really push my training and nutrition the next 16 weeks and I think 13% is realistic. I'm going to work on a specific plan this week and to start next week after I'm back from a short trip. It's all going to be elements of things I've found the most success with which include variations of PHAT and carb back loading.
I know 15.9% and 13% aren't aesthetic and people might scoff but my health is on point and this can be sustainable for me.
