I definetly cut the cals too close relative to activity last week. I can tell from yesterday's carbs that I was very depleted.
Going to switch the 6 days to M-Sa and add walking on Sunday. Saturday volume might lower a little but will still be Deadlift and posterior chain focused.
Updates: Back under 200. For some reason I haven't logged weight here consistently. 198 this week. Feeling good about my progress coming off the weight loss challenge. I only had two break downs the entire time and I bounced back from both pretty well. I've still got a really long way to go to get in decent shape but this was a pretty good start.
