Thank you for your incredibly simplistic description of a great movie created by one of the industries most visionary/unique directors.

visual it was nice, storyline was boring, it went nowhere.

The story is simple because its a fable and fables are relatively simple. I'm not saying it's the greatest flick of the year and definitely don't think it should win best picture but everything in it has a point

I didn't say any of those things aren't true, but SBG was getting offended like the dude was oversimplifying the movie when that's exactly what it was. A survival movie with the best imagery and attention to detail of the year.
