nikka, there are just as many cities listed in New Jersey than anywhere else and New Jersey is East Coast. 
Anyway, list lost its credibility because I grew up just north of Cicero and although it used to have a bad rep for being a racist shythole years ago dominated by the Italian mafia, it is mostly working, middle class, and professional Mexicans now and really is an oddball on the list.
Cicero in no way should be listed alongside a Gary. There are other towns that they could’ve listed like Posen, Phoenix, Harvey, Dolton, Ford Heights before a goddamn Cicero.

Cicero on this list but Harvey, ford heights, East St. Louis, Rockford, Cairo notGary/Hammond, Indiana is better than San Bernardino.(I live in both cities)
In Indiana u can save money, hit the lake, open carry, low taxes & be in downtown Chicago within 30 minutes.(Lotta bang for the buck, if u ask me)

Cicero is a straight garbage city and it has always been straight garbage. Berwyn is straight garbage too.
Yeah, Cicero is Mexican. Judging from many of the comments, other places on the list lean heavily Mexican too so there seems to be some type of agenda going on.

Nah California has the most with 10 cities.
Breh, I lived in River Forest. 2/3 of the south suburbs are trash and belong on that list before Cicero. Chicago Heights.
