So basically cacs populate the low-end jobs poor minorities are supposed to get as well as those poor minorities can't ever get? I guess this is why so many black people are unemployed? The cacs have not only monopolized the high end and middle class, but every class.
THe more diverse a business is the better equipped it is to meet the needs of its consumers. There's research that shows this. THere's also more tension on the job though. But this article is more about the fact that the sectors with the lowest rates of unemployment and the highest wages are predominantly taken up by white people. Thus, it is no surprised that black people and brown people are doing worse off. We can determine why from there.... why exactly is it assumed that diversity is a good thing?

Notice how there are no engineers on this list

Cause there are several nations economically successful without any diversity what so ever... so it hardly seem necessary for success...
What exactly are we sighting as "a problem"?

I didn't see anything STEM on that list...
Kinda and at the same time...
I think the occupation had to have a base number of employees to even be considered.
I wonder what a blackest jobs in America chart would look like...
They forgot rapper
NBA player?
There are a lot of great black engineers. Everything the media says about black people is a myth. My step dad had a kid at like 17 , like a lot of black men.(and men in general). He worked 40 hours a week in manufacturing and got a degree in electrical engineering. He still gets profiled at least once every few weeks. There may not be a lot of black CEOs, but Mark Mason is still, siq, that nikka. The CEO of Mcdonalds is a black engineer. Look up the national society of black engineers.
Engineering and the stem fields are where we have actually seen most of our success. Thats because people in these fields are smart enough to know how valuable we can be. These union types are not actually successful due to merit.
Good post.
STEM prep is just gaining traction over the past 2-3 years in inner city schools in the south.
