I'm in the Dominican Republic right now, and happened to sure next to a fellow Mets fan from Jersey in the sports bar in the resort, and we both remarked how lit the crowd seemed even though we didn't have the audio to the game.
if he works a little on handling bad pitches, he's Pudge without the roids.

If the numbers are right I wouldn't mind getting Pete back, but only if the numbers are right
I like Pete and hope he comes back, but I also hope he knows he doesn't have much leverage. His numbers were down and his HRs come in meaningless innings of blowouts.
