Yea I have a hard time believing Roman would think THAT deep when he couldn’t crack that Miami Cover 0 smh

:russ:

I was tryna give the dude the benefit of the doubt. I'm like "he can't be this bad at adjusting...he coaches in the NFL..."

That shyt ain't nothing but cronyism and nepotism for the world to see. All these dudes know and look out for each other...not because they're good or the best, but because it's just a good ol boys club.

Same shyt with the owners that they have to all agree or mostly agree on who can even buy a team when the shyt becomes available.

It's really disgusting when you think about it. How you got some of the best athletes in the world at your disposal, and you got a bunch of headass cacs controlling these guys futures and how much they can make based off the amount of times their numbers are called and the touches they get.

shyt is disgusting...

They saying Wink gone because Judon and Ngakoue killed it when they left the Ravens. Wink dumb ass with these goofy ass blitzes.
nah Wink asked to be released cause they said no when he asked for an extension

they wouldve kept him had he been cool with coaching on the final year of his deal

“Leadership matters. Look what Baltimore has done since Ray (Lewis) and I, Anquan (Boldin), Terrell Suggs and all those, Haloti Ngata, all of us left, maybe not left, but when we were not in the building after that, since 2013, I think they only won like one or two playoff games. Like the (Baltimore) Ravens haven't done much," Reed said.

Appreciate you posting this. People need to do their research before they go anointing Harbaugh like he's some football god of a coach. That goes for people on this forum and the people who "follow" the team.

Ed brought up some good points, but believe me, that's just the tip of the iceberg.

And when Ed referenced "people wanted us(Ray, Anquan, Haloti, himself, Suggs...etc.) gone" he's talking about 1 person...surprise, surprise, it's Harbaugh.

He thought they challenged his authority as a coach and considered them a threat. Billick never did that shyt because he knew his role. As long as Harbaugh is here, the Ravens won't win another super bowl unless Biscotti takes away his power. He's a control freak and a micro manager. Should never have been put in position to control people's futures.

I think he's improved in a way in terms of man management the past couple of years, but there's still waaay too many examples of him throwing players under the bus

I think Harbaugh is all about himself and covering his own ass.He doesn't put himself on the line for any reckless decisions he makes. Notice, almost everytime they went for 2 this year, he's quick to say "WE had decided that WE were gonna go for it." nikka, who's this "WE"? You're the HC...if you're going for it, say I MADE THE DECISION.

We've already talked about it, but that shyt with him asking Lamar and the players if they want to do something he should know they shouldn't be doing is a way of him covering his coward ass.

Another thing, I've never seen a coach remove as many coordinators as he does.

I bet GRo doesn't make it through this season.

How do you think he's improved? You may have seen some things I'm not considering.

I wouldn't consider him a players coach. He can laugh and dap up whoever he wants on the sideline, but when I look at a players coach, I look at guys like Vrabel, McVay...dudes like that.

I don’t think Harbaugh is the best coach but he does do a good job of motivating players . IMO he is in the top 10 of NFL coaches . as far as what Ed Reed said , it’s justified BUT as I mentioned before . Can someone please show me the coaches that lost multiple 1st ballot HOF players and kept on winning at a historical rate . Belicheck got Blown out in his first playoff game without Brady. Pete Carroll has a below .500 playoff record since he lost the LOB. Hall of fame players matter more than coaches, it’s just a fact.

I have a theory on why GRo wasn't fired.

I remember him talking about plays he supposedly has designed that he will run at a later time. If you look at the backs they brought in last season and the way they ran, especially Murray and Bell and how ineffective they were most of the season.

My theory is that Greg didn't run his normal offense last season because he didn't want to tip his hand to defenses for when JK and Gus come back. I'm thinking he has specific plays designed for them, most likely just JK. I'm theorizing that Harbaugh knew full well of this and that's what saved GRo's job.

If the run game is just as bad next season, I'm wrong and GRo just doesn't have anything else he can call that defenses aren't ready for. If the run game is back to historic levels, then I might be right.

However, I do remember at the end of 2020, players on offense were complaining that defenses were calling their plays before they ran them.

My theory is probably wrong :shaq2:
