There isn’t a lot to work on if the defense we saw the second half of the year wasn’t a mirage. Pass protection, kicking, starting field position, and generating turnovers are really all they gotta work on. If the 2023 squad doesn’t abandon the run or if flowers doesn’t fumble at the 1 they probably win it all. If Andrews doesn’t drop 3 passes (all of huge consequence) and have a fumble that was catastrophic, they win and are preparing for Kansas City right now. There’s clearly enough talent to win it all on this roster.

this is why I think Marlon should be traded

we are better with Kyle playing the slot and Marlon is below average on the outside

the smart move would be trade Marlon while his value is high,move Kyle back to the slot,and sign a FS in free agency

what they'll probably do is draft a safety,move Kyle to the slot,and move Marlon back outside and he'll have another down season getting cooked

pass rusher a big priority

both starters are going into a contract year and they usually draft the replacements a year early

DT is a priority too

outside of Travis Jones the dline didnt play that well this season

they need to replace guys like Michael Pierce,Broderick Washington,and Brent Urban with some young talent

offensively , I want Mark traded. Ronnie and Henry extended on short 2 year deals to spread cap hit. draft a guard to replace Meraki and hope Vorhees is ready to take the reins at the other guard spot . Also sign Likely to a deal and roll with him and Kolar. If Ronnie is too pricey… move Roger to LT and put big Faalae at natural RT spot

I agree, it really comes down to play calling and discipline, Belichick or K. Shanahan would have culled this by now.

If he was staying in the slot I would agree but hes not going to be making those same plays on the outside

Plus we can save 18 mill moving on now
