Happy for Snoop, great game by him tonight and the Ravens offense showed tonight that the personnel really isn’t that bad, Greg Roman is just quite literally a terrorist, Lamar is that good and can win a super bowl with these dudes If you get him the right OC

Which is why the whole “if we pay him we can’t help” narrative is hilarious, even Lamar knows he can take some traffic cones to the big game if he wasn’t held back

Bilick was fired for way less moronic coaching

Harbaugh is a dumbass he’s going senile :mindblown:

Billick was really a competent/injury free QB away....if McNair isn't playing hurt in 2006 playoffs (he couldn't throw more than 15-20yrds downfield) we win it all.

Issue was he kept his wagon hitched to Kyle Boller and rolled with him in 2007. Yeah, Kyle had one good game against the Pats during that windy game in 2007 ...but that was it.

Harbaugh commands respect in the football world. Him and his brother have an underlying respect like the manning family.

Best thing about harbs was 2008-11 or so he kept sending in tapes into the NFL about bad calls and being over penalized. Billick era it felt like the Refs we're against us and the whole fanbase felt that way. Harbs brought the smoke and over time we got a lot more fair calls. He won a lot of folks over with those moves which perfectly matched the fanbase's sentiment.

Off-season move priority zero!:

Trade.... John Harbaugh to a thirsty for a coach organization in the Broncos for draft picks. They hired a coach to bait Aaron Rodgers and now they looking for a coach to fix Russell Wilson. Broncos feel they are a solid coach away.

John's time has been appreciated. However John suffers from smartest guy in room syndrome like Billick. Plus John has his unique issues with having a doghouse at this point in his career when he no longer needs to compensate to make sure he's respected like his first few years.

The new coach:

Then Bring in Jim Harbaugh! QB guru, good at building offensive lines, doesn't mind alpha males on defense, fiery guy. Issue is he wears on guys over time...you needs a therapist to sit down with him during season to keep him from thinking football is the end all be all of life.

If Jim declines bring in Eric Bieniemy.

How bout Harbs tells his in/out the lineup inexperienced QB just to follow the block or call a play to the RB!

Snoop had one bad interception....but Lamar is known to do that as well and fumble as well in crucial times.

Snoop was not expected to be able to throw the ball well due to injury....but he pushed through.

Everyone says Lamar doesn't have enough....

Lamar needs guys that can get separation, excellent hands, and big with a wide catch radius. Pretty much he needs Randy Moss and Calvin Johnson on the outside or Ravens are failing him in the words of the public.

Plus he needs an offensive line that could protect him as if he was a pocket guy like Brady all while Lamar should be paid $250 Milly guaranteed.

Plus the defense should be elite enough to hold teams under 20 every game because if Lamar is in a shootout or has to come from behind (has to pass a lot) and loses.... Lamar is being done wrong according to the public.

I didn't watch Harbs press conference cause I just couldn't deal with it last night. Was it said if he just went rouge and tried to jump over the pile? If the call was just a QB sneak we technically can't blame the coaching for that.

On the outside looking in...

I think Raven fans should want to move on from Lamar and not want to get handicapped by a huge contract. League about playmakers. You can get a good QB and surround him with playmakers and defense. Look at Purdy in San Fran. Look at Rams last year.
